Estimates and quotes

Any pricing information presented on this website is for general reference only. Final pricing for tree work is provided in a written estimate following an on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scope of work

We perform the scope of work described in the signed written estimate. Any additional work requested in the field is documented as a change order before that work begins. Sierra Crest is licensed under CA LIC #1108901 and fully insured.

Property access and conditions

By engaging our services you confirm that you have the authority to authorize tree work on the property and that you have disclosed any underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines or known site hazards in the work area.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each written estimate and invoice. Late balances may be subject to reasonable late fees as permitted by California law.

Limitation of liability

Sierra Crest's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific work giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of El Dorado County, California.
